Delete your Chatale account

Delete it in the app

1. Open Chatale and sign in with the account you want to delete.
2. On Your stories, open Settings.
3. Tap Delete account, read what it removes, and confirm twice.

To keep a copy of your stories, tap Export stories in Settings first.

What deletion removes

Your account is deleted with everything it owns:

• the characters you created
• your stories, with every message, branch and story fact
• your record of replies used, and the reports you sent
• your Chatale Plus record, and the purchase history our subscription service keeps
• your sign-in on every device

Deletion can’t be undone. If you sign in again later, you start a new, empty account.

Deleting your account does not cancel a Chatale Plus subscription. Cancel it in your Google Play or App Store subscriptions.

If you can’t open the app

Email [email protected] and ask us to delete your account. We will reply to help you do it.
